Each week I will try to add and update the fun things that are on this site. Along with that I will try to post reviews people have sent me. That's where you come in. When you want to review a book or author, just send it to me and I will try to post it. It's that easy. Just send it to mybkclub@aol.com.

Why…
I started My Book Club because I love reading and I wanted to show others how great reading is too. Most kid’s associate reading and books as the boring and dumb books we have to read in school. But that’s not true. I wanted to show kids that there are incredible and fun books out there. I know because I read them. So I started My Book Club where you can read book reviews and find some great books that you will remember for a long time.

Another Glance, A Second Chance:
  When I find a book I really enjoyed I really want to read it again. And once I actually re-read that book I will tell you my thoughts. This is a way for me to tell you my thoughts of a book after I already know the story. It’s the true test of a good book, is it still exciting if I already know what is going to happen. I’ll let you know.

Reading Log:
  The new year is here and we are all busy and working hard. And most of the time that means that we are neglecting our reading. So my New Years Resolution is to get all of you to read more. I will post all of the books I have read since the school year began. Follow along as I take a very big journey through a lot of books. And if you are proud of how many books you are reading send me you're logs as well so that I can post them for everyone can see. I'm always proud to see my LONG list of books I've read, and I know you can be proud of yours too.

Chick Lit Picks
  We all have our favorite books for special occasions. Books to cheer us up, books to make us cry, and books just to read for fun. Our favorite Chick Lit books are all around us. But if you don't have a specific book to fit into this category or if you are just looking for another book or two to add to your collection, check out my list.

TV and Movie Reviews
  I have always wanted to review TV shows and movies as well as books, but before I jump into getting two more sites I'm going to practice on this site. Once the pages are set up go into Fun Stuff where you can find new reviews for TV shows and Movies. And please make sure you let me know what you think!

Book Signings
  I love, love, love to attend book events but there aren't always that many in the area, not to  mention they are hard to find out about. So I am going to do my best to start posting when and where there are book events, but to do this I am going to need everyone's help. If you know if there are any book events in your area, and authors, if you are having any book events and signings please let me know! Help me get the word out about you.

Chatting It Up
  So as some of you know I have tried in the past to have boards on the site so that we can all discuss our favorite books that have been featured on the site. I still haven't been able to fix that but until then if you would still like to chat about books I have a solution. I will be setting up IM accounts on AIM, Yahoo, MSN, and any other site I can think of, and that way we can discuss books anytime you want. We may even be fortunate enough to set up an author chat through one of these. If you have any suggestions for this please let me know at mybkclub@aol.com.

Book Releases:
 Hey all, our February book releases are now posted, thanks to the link above. Sorry for the inconvenience but for the time being, due to technical difficulties, the book releases page will only be accessible through the homepages. But I promise this problem will be fix soon.
