Welcome to "My Book Club". Where you can bring the Book Club to you. Here we talk about
books, authors, new releases, and upcoming releases. You can tell people about your
favorites, and teach other people about them. You can also tell people what you liked and
disliked about books you have recently read. And most of all, you can have fun.

Why…
Along with that you can participate with this website in a different way. If you think you
have some cool ideas for My Book Club just send them to me, and I will use them to expand
this site. If I like those ideas I may even enlist you to do some review for me... Even on
some new books.
Each week, I will post at least one review of a book I have read. Along with that I will
post a few reviews people have sent me. That's where you come in. When you want to review a
book or author, just send it to me and I will post it. It's that easy. Just send it to
mybkclub@aol.com.
I started My Book Club because I love reading and I wanted to show others how great reading is too. Most kid’s associate reading and books as the boring and dumb books we have to read in school. But that’s not true. I wanted to show kids that there are incredible and fun books out there. I know because I read them. So I started My Book Club where you can read book reviews and find some great books that you will remember for a long time.

Another Glance, A Second Chance:
When I find a book I really enjoyed I really want to read it again. And once I actually re-read that book I will tell you my thoughts. This is a way for me to tell you my thoughts of a book after I already know the story. It’s the true test of a good book, is it still exciting if I already know what is going to happen. I’ll let you know.
Reading Log:
Summer is here and that is usually the time when kids and teens stop reading. Last summer we had a contest where you had to keep a reading log and the person who read the most books won. Because we might be doing this again I thought it would be only fair for me to keep a reading log as well. So my reading log will contain the title of the book, along with the authors name, I will score the book from 1-10, and I might include a few sentences saying what I liked about it.
